Australian Alumni Awards 2016

One of the premier events for Australian alumni is the Australian Alumni Awards, organised by AustCham with support and attendance by the Australian Embassy, the Australian Alumni Association (Thailand) and Thai-Australian Technological Services Center (TATSC).  The awards provided an opportunity to recognise and celebrate the achievements of alumni members who have applied their Australian education in their professional endeavours in Thailand. 

More than 150 guests attended the Australian Alumni Awards 2016 in the Astor Ballroom at the St Regis Hotel in Bangkok which was opened by Australian Ambassador H.E. Paul Robilliard. Khun Panita Vongkusolkit and Khun Prom Sirisant were announced as Global Alumni Ambassadors, which is part of Australian Government’s effort to raise the profile of Australia’s world class education system and strengthen the connections between Australia and rest of the world.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. Since 2016, admission to AAA Thailand events have been free of charge. However, the AAA Thailand Committee reserves the right to charge nominal fees for certain events from July 2020 onwards. For events organised by the Australian Embassy, AAA Thailand will submit names of alumni members to the embassy on a rotation basis. However, the final decision as to which alumni are invited rests with the Australian Embassy.
